1 – 8oz. cream cheese softened

½ cup sour cream

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 cup Gordo’s Salsa* prepared

1-2 diced tomatoes

1-2 cups grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese

½ cup chopped green peppers

¼ cup jalapeno peppers diced (optional)

1 red pepper

3 green onions chopped

Mix cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise together. Spread into a round deep platter or 9” pie plate. Mix Gordo’s Salsa as per instructions on container. Spread over chilled cream cheese mixture. Top with diced vegetables then shredded cheese. Serve with taco chips, crackers or nacho chips.
