1 Tbsp. cooking oil
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/8 tsp. Gordo’s Mediterranean Seasoning
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Combine ingredients in bowl and stir
Add shrimp. Place in plastic bag. Close tightly.
Let marinate for 20 minutes, turning bag often.
Empty contents into frying pan.
Simmer about 5 minutes until shrimp is curled and pinkish. Cool
Place 2 shrimp on each skewer. Reserve marinade
Chill until needed.
To serve, brush shrimp with heated marinade.
Heat in 400 degree F. oven for 3 to 5 minutes until hot.
Makes 1 dozen skewers.
