STEAK SPICE

Gordo's Steak spice is a great meat tenderizer and flavour enhancer.

It's all natural special blend of coarse spices gives any meat a great peppercorn taste. Try it on all of these foods:

 

Roast: sprinkle your roast with Gordo's Steak spice and add a little water. It not only gives your roast a great flavour, but your gravy as well.

Steak: sprinkle your steak with Gordo's Steak spice. Pound with a meat tenderizer and leave sit 2-4 hours before cooking.

Swiss steak: sprinkle with Steak Spice after covering steak with tomatoes and tomato sauce. Slice onions and top steak.

Bake in oven until tender.

 

Use whenever a recipe calls for salt and pepper.
