PEPPER SAUCE

We use nothing but the finest fresh spices and hot peppers from around the world. These are combined to give you a medium, hot sauce with a smokey buttery taste. This Pepper sauce is excellent for a marinade, but is equally good as a basting sauce or dipping sauce. It was originally created for hot wings, but we have found a multitude of uses since then.

Here are a few:

Wings: Purchase fresh wings and cut off the tips. Cut the wings in half so you have the wing end and the drummette.

Deep fry in canola oil until golden brown. Put them in a large bowl and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Pour Pepper sauce over the wings and toss. Serve immediately. Great when accompanied with nacho's and salsa. Use as appetizers or just a little snack. If you do not want to deep fry the wings, you can bake them in a roaster in the oven at 400-450 degrees F. until they are crispy and brown. Prepare as above.

Hamburgers: You can add a touch of warmth to your hamburgers as you prepare the patties, or pour it on individual burgers as you would ketchup. Try dipping your fries in this, too. If you like hot, you'll love the change from ketchup.

Basting meat: Chicken breasts, steak, porkchops, ribs and wild meat. Pour on before you cook, while you cook or after you cook. This sauce has a unique taste, unlike any other hot sauce you'll ever taste. Not too hot, not too mild, just right!

Casseroles: Add a tablespoon of Pepper sauce to your casseroles, chili, and stews. It adds a great flavour and a bit of warmth.
